Crewlabs Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi ("Company") serves as the data controller responsible for the processing of your data. Your personal data is handled with care, strictly adhering to our policies and compliance requirements. As a company, we attach importance to the security of your personal data, which we process as a data controller defined in the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6098 ("KVKK") and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"). For this reason, we would like to inform you about the processing of your Personal Data.
This Disclosure Statement Regarding Personal Data Protection aims to provide transparency by informing you in accordance with the Law. As a user ("User" or "Data Owner") of the Hotelcrews mobile application ("Hotelcrews"), your Personal Data is processed in accordance with this Disclosure Statement Regarding Personal Data Protection.
In accordance with the basic principles set forth in the Laws and as explained in detail below, your personal data ("Personal Data(s)") may be obtained during your use of the Hotelcrews mobile application as a user regarding the products and services offered by the Company to the company you work for, or when you fill out or change the user registration form on Hotelcrews while being defined as a user.
In some cases, the processing of your personal data for the purposes described in this section is based on a legal obligation.
In order to carry out the organizational structure and operational processes of the company you work for within the scope of the Hotelcrews application, your personal data consisting of your mobile phone number, e-mail address, address, date of birth and gender information is included in Article 5/2 of the KVKK, "Data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the person concerned." will be collected within the legal reason. This process consists of the collection of your Personal Data to Hotelcrews, and as we will explain below, your Personal Data is kept anonymized by the Company.
In order to improve the organizational structure and operational processes of the company you work for within the scope of the Hotelcrews application, your personal data consisting of your mobile phone number, e-mail address, address, date of birth and gender information is included in Article 5/2 of the Law, "Provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller." will be processed within the legal reason. In accordance with the conditions specified in the article of KVKK and GDPR regarding the transfer of personal data, it can be transferred to the following persons for the specified purposes.

In addition, your Personal Data is not openly processed on the Company's servers, and the collected Personal Data is anonymized and kept in anonymous data groups by applying encryption methods that cannot be linked to you or cannot be interpreted by third parties or us in case of seizure by a third party.
We delete, destroy or anonymize your personal data that we have obtained and processed in accordance with KVKK and GDPR, with the disappearance of the purpose of processing or the expiry of the mandatory storage periods determined within the scope of the Laws and relevant legislation.
